Tour Itinerary: Fri 29th March – Sun 31st March 2019

Friday 29th March: Discuss car share/depart time/route/school permission.
Travel to Mersea Island, Essex – Waldegraves Holiday Park, check-in from 3.00pm.
Drive to Colchester RFC for 6.15/6.30pm arrival. Horsham RUFC v Colchester RFC/Mersea RFC
Under 14’s floodlit match, Kick Off at 7.00pm.

Saturday 30th March: Free time for parents during the day.
Essex Outdoors Mersea Centre – 9.00am – 4.00pm (4 × 90 minute activities)
Booked for 3 groups of 10: 21 x rugby boys, 5 x siblings, coaches RC,GS, RB and parent Mark Elston.
Saturday 30th March Evening – BBQ (weather permitting) or dinner at Waldegraves, The Granary Restaurant. Wheatsheaf Club

Sunday 31st March:
Check-out from Waldegraves 10.00am
Travel to Chelmsford RFC for 11.45/12.00 arrival. Horsham RUFC v Chelmsford RFC
U14’s match – Kick Off at 12.30pm.
Travel home 4.00pm.

All our caravans are together and booked under Horsham RUFC and your surnames have been given. Caravans are booked as either family or shared. Keys (refundable deposit £10) can be collected at Waldegraves Reception until 5.00pm or then from The Granary Restaurant until 9.00pm. Gordon/Carmel can collect keys on behalf of anyone who is travelling directly to Colchester RFC.

Saturday evening – BBQ, Shane organising or The Granary Restaurant at Waldegraves – reasonably priced.
Sun breakfast – Self-catering or cafe.
Sunday lunch – Chelmsford RFC providing food.
NOTES

DOGS – There are 7 pet friendly caravans, please advise Gordon/Carmel if you are planning to bring your dog. There is no charge.

ALLERGIES – Please let us know if anyone has any (pet) allergies so caravans can be allocated.
We already have this information for the boys.

CARS – There is space for one car per caravan. Additional cars can be parked in the Waldegraves’ car park, a fee will not be charged.

KIT – Please bring:-
